Our birthday hall is designed to give you and your guests a good level of privacy to socialize and catch up with each other. Kids under the age of seven can use the play gym located on the ground floor and this play time is a part of our birthday package. Overall, our space is sure to provide entertainment for you, kids and your adult guests so that everyone goes back home with a big smile.

- F & B requirements for your birthday party will be arranged by our cafe. Menu to be pre-ordered from our birthday party menu atleast 5 days prior to your party. Please note F&B charges will be charged per plate.
Cocoplaynut Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable 50% deposit of the venue charge is required to block & confirm a party booking.
- Payment of the balance 50% of venue charges, F&B charges and any other party extras booked, to be settled on the day of the party. Final numbers (adults & kids) along with a guest list must be handed over to the party coordinator at least 2 days prior to the party.
- A minimum guarantee for the F&B must be given atleast 5 days prior to your party.
- If any extra guests are added last minute, please inform the party coordinator.
- While we cannot make a guarantee, we will try our best to accommodate requests for rescheduling your party in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Host & guests must follow Cocoplaynut rules & regulations as defined by our Rules of Plays
- Although our play supervisors will be present, the host must ensure that there is adequate supervision for their guests. Cocoplaynut and its staff is not liable for any injury or accident caused to any child/children during your birthday party.
- Professional photography and party extras for birthday parties must be arranged through Cocoplaynut.
- Strictly no outside food/drinks permitted. (Except for a birthday cake)
- Management reserves the right to change birthday packages, policies and terms & conditions as deemed necessary.
